Dr Chase was born and grew up in Dallas, and graduated from the Baylor College of Dentistry in 1993. He started his dental practice that year. He has continued to enhanced his skills and knowledge through courses of continuing education. Dr Chase attended courses in adhesive dentistry, implant surgery, aesthetic dentistry, periodontics, and endodontics. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and the Dallas County Dental Society. Dr Chase is married to Isabella, who is a medical secretary. They have two children, Mark and Trudy. Dr Chase is a keen and accomplished tennis player, and also a keen golfer.
